Before leaving me she had told me that she’d stopped loving me after our daughter died and she was going to leave. No and no!

This response really depends on the punctuation, right?

If it’s “Sorry.” with a period, then that’s really not great. But if it’s “Sorry?” with a question mark, then perhaps the person simply didn’t hear you. In that case, you can either repeat your “I love you,” or just pretend you said, “I love shoes. I love your shoes. They’re awesome.”

Ouch.

Another Redditor, “speaking from a painful experience,” pointed out that the ex-girlfriend is actually doing this person a favor. “She could’ve been giving you false hope, but she doesn’t, hope will ruin you, you’ll be slave to the idea of you being together, kill hope my friend, you’re never going to be back together again.” The truth really hurts.

  • A cry because of physiological processes. Even gas, urination, or defecation can initially cause discomfort in a child. This type of crying resembles whining and squeaking.
  • A cry because of sleepiness. When the baby wants to sleep but can’t fall asleep for some reason, their cry will sound like an offended and smooth whining, followed by yawning. The baby will also rub their eyes and ears.

  • ’Heh’ – “I’m feeling uncomfortable!” Unpleasant tactile sensations make the baby move, and jerk their hands and feet. All these movements contribute to producing the ’Heh’ sound, especially when the baby’s mouth is slightly opened.
  • ’Eairh’ – ’I have gases and pain in my tummy!’ The sounds they make get distorted and turn into a moan when a baby strains their tummy and exhales while trying to get rid of the pain.

Body language says a lot about a baby’s well-being:

  • Arching their back. Babies under 2 months old often make this movement when responding to pain and colic. If a baby arches their back after eating, it means that they are full.
