After over a year of staying silent while rumors emerged about a feud between the Sussexes and the Cambridges, Prince Harry is opening up about his relationship with Prince William. Although it’s obvious William and Harry will always have a connection, the Duke of Sussex also isn’t denying that there is — or at least, was — tension between the brothers.

We’re certainly on different paths at the moment. I’ll always be there for him and as I know, he’ll always be there for me. We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy but I love him dearly.”

Splash NewsSupposedly, William, who dated Kate Middleton for nearly eight years before proposing, felt that Harry was acting much more brash than a member of the royal family should.
“They are very different characters,” a source told People late last year. “Wives do change the dynamic, and they both have very strong wives. If you bring two independent-minded women from the real world into the royal world, they are going to want to have an impact.”

Shortly after the Cambridges and Sussexes divided their houses, a royal source said:
“[William and Harry’s union] was only going to work until they married — and it went on a while longer than perhaps was originally thought. It’s a shame. There was power in that unity and great strength in the foursome, but I see why it is happening. There is always that tension: trying to do the PR thing and then realizing that they are just real people. They want their own place and their own things.”
Kind of hard to fault them for that.
